Each day in December I'll be celebrating a handsome man. You may ask why, but there's no meaningful reply I can give other than: why not? They'll be revealed over the next 31 days in strict alphabetical order, so no favouritism. And you never know, I might celebrate 31 women in January...!
CHRIS EVANS, 34
So not "the other Chris Evans", although he has his talents too. No, this Chris has gone from playing goofy college jocks to being one of the most iconic superhero characters on Earth - Captain America. And although he always seems a bit too overpumped in those Marvel films for my liking, he's still the quintessential modern movie star. He brings a deft lightness of touch to many of his performances, he's never too intense or brooding (although that can be good too). Plus, he's a great advocate for gay rights, as his brother, fellow actor Scott, is gay.
